Saturday, 1st July 2023, saw She Can Tri come together with Team Tri Fit, Mile Aid, Global Events Africa and Ironman Rwanda to host the She Can Tri – Ironman Rwanda ‘Tri Outs’.

She Can Tri, a non-profit organization that seeks the empowerment and equality of women through sports, hosted the ‘Tri Outs’ that selected four women to train and compete at the Ironman 70.3 Rwanda 2024.
With 14 women in attendance, the teams reviewed their swim, bike and run capabilities as well as personal drive and enthusiasm for the sport.

With a lot of smiles, grunts and expressions that were priceless, it is safe to say that the upcoming triathlon journey will be one that will build them across all facets of life.
She Can Tri appeals for support from potential partners to enable the girls train and participate in the contest in Rwanda.
